Privacy & website statistics

Who operates this website
AXTech, Business ID 55850022, Tax ID 1127290252, VAT ID SK1127290252. For privacy enquiries, email office@axtech.sk or call +421 907 662 839.
Enquiries and email
Email and telephone links open your own application. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss or provide the requested services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, or the legitimate interest of responding to business enquiries. Correspondence is retained as needed for the enquiry, project and applicable legal obligations.
Messages sent to office@axtech.sk are stored in AXTech’s mailbox on its VPS and copied to the owner’s Gmail account, nmsstulaj@gmail.com, to make sure enquiries are seen. Email contents and correspondence therefore also pass through Google’s email service, which may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data-transfer safeguards. Mail service logs record delivery metadata, not a separate archive of message bodies.
Aggregate website statistics
The server automatically counts successful requests for public HTML pages and their approximate countries. This works without JavaScript and does not require an analytics pop-up. The purpose is to understand use of this small business website and improve its content; the legal basis for the temporary processing of connection information is AXTech’s legitimate interest in operating and improving the site.
An IP address is used transiently to determine a country from a local database. No visitor IP addresses, browser identifiers or browsing profiles are stored in the analytics database. The server does not assign visitor identifiers, fingerprint browsers, set analytics cookies, use browser storage for analytics, or contact an external location service. Only daily totals grouped by country and page are retained, for up to 395 days.
Page views and landing-page visits count requests, including repeat visits and reloads. They do not identify unique people. Known automated traffic and signed-in administrator requests are excluded, although automated traffic cannot be identified perfectly. Country estimates can be affected by VPNs and shared networks. The database is based on the IP Location DB user-country dataset.
Hosting, security and administration
The hosting infrastructure processes connection information to deliver and protect the service. Raw IP access logs are disabled for the dedicated AXTech website virtual hosts. Application rate limits temporarily retain hashed network identifiers for up to 15 minutes, removed within an additional hourly cleanup interval, for the legitimate interest of preventing abuse.
The private dashboard uses an essential authentication cookie with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite protections. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or eight hours in total. This cookie is used only when the administrator signs in. Public content works without cookies or JavaScript.
Language selection
The language switcher opens a separate translated page. Your selection is reflected in the page address; no language cookie or browser storage is used. English is the default language.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact AXTech using the details above. Aggregate website counts cannot be linked back to you. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
